Apparently, the vegan cookies were delicious!
On Sunday, September 12, 2010, the guys at Animal Rescue Korea held a flea market and bake sale at Roofers in Itaewon. It was to help a rescue dog family who were rescued from Karama (the government kill shelter). They seemed healthy at first, but then the mom and two pups came down with distemper, while the third pup had to fight pneumonia.

In the picture above some kids watch as a dog is fitted into a backpack. The dog was a rescue case, who still bears the wounds of where he was tied too tighly at the neck.
But everyone had a good time.
