KARA has been designated by the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Department as a provider of education for an honorary inspectorate system (similar to the training of non-official RSPCA inspectors).

Also, KARA is conducting a companion animal school for educating teachers about animals, so they can in turn educate students. This program will be mobile and is scheduled to go from July 16 through to September 4, 2010. The program is supported by Seoul City Council.

The sections of the program include "Understanding Companion Animals," "Life and Death of an Animal," "Living with Companion Animals" and "Field Study."
