Recent the Seoul Foreign School's KARA youth members visited the famous Dr. Pet Animal Medical Center in Gangnam. This place is run by Dr. Choi, a vet who has helped many shelter dogs and stray dogs with medical attentin and finding them new homes.
He speaks English well, so anyone can also pay a visit and help out just as the SFS girls did.

Go out from Exit 1 then turn around left at the Shinhan Bank. Keeping going straight until you may pass Burger King and a police station. Dr. Pet is on the left side of road.
The Animal Medical Center is open 7 days a week. Dr. Choi can provided shelter and housing as well, if you need temporary board for your pet.
While the KARA youth members were there, they helped walk and clean and play with all the dogs. It was a lot of fun and everyone had a great time, especially all the pampered dogs!
The SFS crew are hoping to go out to Dr. Pet Animal Medical Center maybe once a month or so, which is awesome!

A Visit to Maseok Shelter |

Here are Cecile, Teague with some friends at Maseok Shelter. The SFS students went with KARA members Yuni and Mr. Zang to look around and help out.
They plan to return with a larger group of students from their animal welfare club at SFS. The only problem though is organizing transport. |
