At Icheon, the money will be used for the construction of outer fencing to better protect and house the animals at the shelter.

Some dogs get to run around inside.
It's cosy inside the covered shelters. You can the stacks of food.
Some dogs have reasonably comfortable living quarters that are protected and warm.
They also have enough room and an open airy environment.
Other parts of the shelter are not ideal, although still better than a typical dog farm, and hopefully these can be improved in the future with the help of extra funding.
It's better than nothing.
These guys have it good, with a pot belly stove to keep them warm.
