On Monday September 26, 2011, KARA went to Ansung Shelter to do some dog grooming work.

Students and teachers from an animal grooming institute in the city of Suwon also participated, so things got done pretty quickly.

As always, dogs greeted us before any human did, but there was one dog who was so relaxed he didn’t want to move, not even for a car coming into the shelter.

KARA's Nanum Garden also sent pet foods, treats, doggy pads, and newspapers.

Lee Eunkyeung, who took part in Namyangjoo Shelter work the day before, participated again. She generously brought foods and treats.

Ansung Shelter is in the process of moving to a new place. The construction isn't finished yet, so we concentrated on small dogs that are inside the shelter's house.

The dogs were all cooperative and allowed themselves to be groomed without a fuss. Things went more smoothly and quicker than expected.

After grooming it was time for a wash.

Then the dogs were free to do what they wanted, which was generally to go to sleep.

When it comes to some hairless dogs, cuteness is in the eye of the beholder!
