On September 26, 2011, KARA visited Namyangjoo Shelter, which houses around 250 dogs and 20 cats.

Volunteers brought along newspapers, pet food, and supplies from Nanum Garden, the initiative that supplies donated food and items for shelter animals. KARA has operated Nanum Garden for several years.

These guys were rescued from a dog farm several months ago. At least now they have a clean and safe environment. But one gets a sense of their wariness and suspicion after life on a dog farm.

Volunteers cleaned out the dog and cat rooms in the building, then started giving everyone a good shower and rub down.

After that, it was time for a walk.

Actress Cho Yunhee, shown here, said she’s been waiting to go and do more shelter work.

Director Bang Eunjin is always so active when volunteering and takes the lead in doing the work.

News anchor Kim Bunsu paid a visit, too. He brought pet food and cool drinks and promised he'd visit again.

Director Bang also brought some drinks and coffees.
