KARA members having some fun at Eumsung Shelter.

This was on Saturday, December 13. A few people drove down to the Eumsung shelter to deliver large bags of donated dog food. Members also brought brooms and shovels with them to help clean up the place and remove dung.

The dogs were given a lot of attention and got lots of hugs and pats. Some had their eyes cleaned as well.

Construction work was also done in the compound: a space was cleared and a small shed was placed on bricks in between some cages to serve as another shelter home.

All in all, it was a successful few hours. Everyone then headed back to Seoul. It was 4 to 5 hours on the road, there and back. So, just this small visit takes a lot of effort and some sacrifice. In fact, one guy gave up a $200 gig to help out. But that's what it's all about.
